The living room has an entertainment center and a dining area. The unit also boasts 2 balconies, one in the living room with lateral views to the ocean and mountains. The other balcony is in the main bedroom and has a view of the pool and recreation area. For your protection the unit is equipped with fire sprinklers. There are two elevators for your convenience. The emergency stairwell and trash chute is just outside the door for easy access. For your safety and convenience the building has a 24 hour doorman. If you do not wish to go to the beach, our buildings amenities include a recreation area equipped with a pool, a sauna, and a gym. The condominium is located on a residential tree lined street were you are just steps away to a variety of restaurants and shops.
