Our rates:
The rates for our studios are from US$60-75 per night as single/double occupancy. Maximum
occupancy in per studio are 2 persons. These rates do not apply during holidays, including, Carnaval,
Christmas/ New Years period, or special events. For information, availability, promotions, packages,

Our terms and conditions:
Reservations are not guaranteed until your US$250.00 deposit has been received and cleared. Higher
deposits may be required for Carnaval and Christmas/New Years period. Rates are subject to change
unless your reservation has been guaranteed. There are no refunds for cancellations made 45 days or
less prior to your arrival. Refunds or credit will not be given to a no show or a cancellation made after
the arrival date. Upon final payment of your reservations, a copy of your passport/driver's license, front
and back copy of your credit card, and a signed rental agreement may be required. In lue of a credit
card, a refundable US$500 security deposit can be accepted.
