This apartment can be rented as a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom apartment. If you are a group that require a second apartment in the same building complex, this apartment can also be rented in conjunction with it's sister apartment on the sixth floor. The two bedrooms in this apartment are appointed with double beds, air conditioners, and ceiling fans. The bathroom with a shower is located just of the bedrooms. The efficient kitchen with a microwave and stove is connected to the living room and dining area. The unit also boasts of a balcony that can be accessed from the front bedroom and living room. From the balcony you have lateral views to the ocean and mountains. For your protection the unit is equipped with fire sprinklers. There are two elevators for your convenience. The emergency stairwell and trash chute is just outside the door for easy access. For your safety and convenience the building has a 24 hour doorman. If you do not wish to go to the beach, our buildings amenities include a recreation area equipped with a pool, a sauna, and a gym.
