Our rates:
Rates are US$80-100 per night for 1 bedroom
and US$100-120 per night for 2 bedrooms as
single/double occupancy. For triple occupancy
the rate is US$130 per night as a 2 bedroom
apartment. There is a US$30 charge for each
additional person per night. Maximum occupancy
are 4 persons. There is a 3 nights minimum stay.
These rates do not apply during holidays,
including, Carnaval, Christmas/ New Years
period, or special events. For information,

checks from a US bank, Money Orders, or
Cashier's Checks. For other payment options that

Reservations are not guaranteed until your
US$250.00 deposit has been received and
cleared. Higher deposits may be required for
Carnaval and Christmas/New Years period. Rates
are subject to change unless your reservation has
been guaranteed. There are no refunds for
cancellations made 45 days or less prior to your
arrival. Refunds or credit will not be given to a no
show or a cancellation made after the arrival date.
Upon final payment of your reservations, a copy of
your passport/driver's license, front and back copy
of your credit card, and a signed rental agreement
will be required. In lue of a credit card, a
refundable US$500 security deposit can be
accepted. Upon arrival, a copy of each guest's
passport will be required by our 24 hour doorman
for the purpose of identification and access into the
building. This is a non-smoking apartment.
